At Little Roots Wellness, we believe strong families grow from strong roots. Our programs are designed to support children and families from pregnancy through the early childhood years with education, practical support, safety services, developmental resources, and connections to their community.
Home Visiting — Personalized support for expectant parents and families with young children, including child development education, parenting support, family goal setting, and connections to community resources.
Early Childhood & Early Learning — Developmentally appropriate learning experiences that encourage healthy development, school readiness, social-emotional growth, and strong parent-child relationships.
Infant Massage — Parent and caregiver education that teaches nurturing infant massage techniques while encouraging bonding, communication, relaxation, and positive interaction.
Developmental Screenings & Referrals — Helping families better understand their child's development, identify potential concerns early, and connect with appropriate community services when additional support is needed.
Child Passenger Safety — Education and hands-on assistance to help parents and caregivers understand proper car-seat selection, installation, and safe use for their children.
Family Resource Navigation — Helping families find and connect with local resources for food, housing, healthcare, childcare, transportation, education, and other needs.
Parent & Caregiver Education — Practical education, workshops, and family activities covering child development, parenting, safety, wellness, and everyday challenges families experience.

Little Roots Wellness was created with a simple belief: when we strengthen a family's roots, we help children grow, families thrive, and communities become stronger.
We are building a family-centered resource in rural Missouri where parents and caregivers can find early childhood education, family support, developmental resources, child safety services, and meaningful connections to community resources—all in one welcoming place.
Our approach begins with meeting families where they are. Every family's journey is different, and support should recognize their individual strengths, needs, goals, and experiences. From pregnancy through the early childhood years, Little Roots Wellness is committed to helping families feel informed, supported, connected, and empowered.
